Other Conditions

At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we help you take control of your heart health with clear, personalised nutrition strategies that actually fit your life. Whether you’ve been diagnosed with high cholesterol, elevated triglycerides, high blood pressure, or you’re looking to lose weight to reduce your risk, we translate complex nutrition science into practical, sustainable action.

Supporting you with...

Unplanned
Weight Loss

Losing weight without trying can feel worrying and often confusing. Whether it’s driven by low appetite, illness, stress, or digestive issues, unintentional weight loss can affect your energy, immunity, and overall wellbeing. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we focus on helping you regain stability through a structured and realistic approach. That means increasing your calorie intake in a way that feels manageable, improving appetite and eating patterns, and rebuilding your nutritional status without overwhelm. You won’t be pushed into extremes - just supported with a clear, practical plan to help you feel stronger again.

Difficulty Gaining Weight

If gaining weight has always felt like a challenge, you’ve likely heard unhelpful advice like “just eat more.” In reality, effective weight gain requires a more strategic approach. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we help you build a consistent eating structure that works with your appetite, gradually increasing calorie intake without discomfort. The goal isn’t simply to see the number on the scale go up - it’s to help you build energy, resilience, and confidence in your body.

Prediabetes

Prediabetes is a critical window where the right changes can prevent the development of type 2 diabetes. With the right support, it is often reversible. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we help you stabilise blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and implement simple but effective dietary changes that make a measurable difference. Our focus is on realistic adjustments you can maintain long term, giving you the tools to take control of your health before it progresses further.

Type 2 Diabetes

Managing type 2 diabetes doesn’t have to mean strict rules or cutting out entire food groups. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we help you understand how food affects your blood sugar so you can make informed, confident choices. Our approach focuses on improving blood glucose control, reducing HbA1c levels, and creating balanced, sustainable eating habits that fit your lifestyle. Rather than overwhelming you with restrictions, we provide practical strategies that work in real life - so you can manage your condition with clarity, not confusion.

Insulin Resistance

Insulin resistance is often at the core of issues like weight gain, fatigue, and metabolic imbalance. Instead of chasing symptoms, we focus on improving how your body responds to insulin through targeted nutrition strategies. This includes structuring meals to support steady energy, reducing blood sugar spikes, and helping you avoid the crashes and cravings that come with poor regulation. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we simplify what can feel complex and give you a clear, personalised plan that supports long-term metabolic health.

Brain Fog & Focus

Brain fog and poor concentration are often linked to how your body is fuelled. If your energy is inconsistent, your focus will be too. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we help you build nutrition strategies that support mental clarity, steady energy, and cognitive performance. This includes optimising key nutrients, improving meal structure, and creating daily routines that support your brain as well as your body. Clearer thinking starts with consistent, effective fuel.

Fatigue & Low Energy

Ongoing fatigue isn’t something you should have to push through. What and how you eat has a direct impact on your energy levels throughout the day. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we help you identify patterns that may be draining your energy, from inconsistent eating habits to imbalanced meals.

By improving meal timing, stabilising blood sugar, and addressing potential nutrient gaps, we support your body in producing and sustaining energy more effectively. The result is a more consistent, reliable sense of energy—without relying on quick fixes.

Acne

While acne is influenced by multiple factors, nutrition can play a meaningful role in supporting skin health. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we take a balanced, evidence-based approach to help you identify potential dietary triggers without unnecessary restriction.

We focus on supporting hormonal balance, reducing inflammation, and optimising key nutrients that contribute to healthy skin. The goal is not perfection or extreme elimination diets, but a realistic approach that helps you feel more confident in your skin.

Anxiety
& Low Mood

Nutrition plays an important role in how you feel day to day, particularly when it comes to mood and anxiety. While it’s not a replacement for mental health care, it can be a powerful layer of support. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we focus on stabilising blood sugar, supporting nervous system function, and identifying dietary patterns that may be contributing to mood fluctuations. With consistent, supportive eating habits, small changes can have a meaningful impact on how you feel.

General
Healthy Eating

Healthy eating has become unnecessarily complicated. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we help you strip it back to what actually matters. Our approach focuses on building balanced, sustainable habits that support long-term health and reduce the risk of chronic disease. There are no fads, no extremes, and no unnecessary restrictions - just clear, practical guidance that helps you feel confident in your food choices and consistent in your approach.

Nutrient

Deficiencies

Nutrient deficiencies can have a wide-ranging impact on your health, from low energy and poor concentration to weakened immunity and ongoing fatigue. At Loud Nutrition Clinic, we help you identify likely deficiencies based on your symptoms, dietary intake, and, where available, blood test results. From there, we create a targeted plan to restore optimal levels through food-first strategies, using supplements where appropriate. The focus is on correcting the root issue properly - without guesswork or unnecessary interventions.

How many sessions will I need?

For the conditions and requirements outlined above, we normally recommend two sessions with the Dietitian. This includes a 60-min initial consultation and a 30-min follow up consultation.
